Construction and Materials

The boiler is made of heat-resistant stainless steel AISI-430 with wall thickness of 4–6 mm. The upper space is reinforced with heat-resistant protective screens of 4-mm steel. The set includes a panoramic screen allowing observation of the flame through the arched glass door. A thermal-accumulating skin made of brick or natural stone is provided to retain heat and capture infrared radiation.

Operating Modes and Steam Generation

The model has a closed chamber capable of heating stones up to 500–600°C. The built-in steam generator supplies a water-steam mixture to the lower, heated layer of stones, ensuring quality fine-dispersion steam. A thermostatic valve provides two modes: intensive heating of the chamber and stones or only the chamber.

Technical Capabilities and Limitations

The drip boiler-chamber is designed for parable volumes up to 22 m³, creating conditions for a real Russian bath. It can operate on natural gas (with installation of AGU or SABK) and install three types of hot water: side heat exchanger, pipeline heat exchanger, or pipeline tank. The boiler is not suitable for commercial use and should not be operated continuously for more than 10 hours; in such cases, warranties and liability are voided.
