Bathroom Furnace from Stainless Steel

The bathroom furnace from fire-resistant stainless steel is designed for use in a parabolic room up to 16 m³. It is intended for private use and provides traditional Russian bath conditions with proper temperature and humidity. Using the furnace, the desired amount of steam can be created as per QFH, and a transition to natural gas is possible with the installation of corresponding equipment ГГУ or САБК.

Operating Conditions

The furnace cannot be used for commercial purposes. It is also not allowed to use it for more than 10 hours continuously, which results in loss of warranty obligations and manufacturer responsibility for possible negative consequences.

Principle of Operation and Steam Generation

Due to the closed hearth, temperatures of 500-600°C can be achieved. The built-in steam generator allows obtaining a steam-rich composition on the lower layer of stones, creating thin soft steam. The thermoregulatory valve allows switching the furnace between modes: intensive heating of the bath and hearth or only the hearth, optimizing heat usage.

Materials and Construction

The protective casing made of brick or stone absorbs heat and infrared radiation, retaining it. The top space is insured by fire-resistant panels of 4 mm thick stainless steel. The furnaces are made of 430 AISI steel with wall thickness of 4-6 mm, ensuring strength and resistance to high temperatures.

Additional Features

Standardly, three systems for hot water supply are provided: with an external heat exchanger, thread fin heat exchanger, or lay detr. The furnace also includes a panoramic screen made of fireplace glass, allowing real-time observation of the wood combustion process.
